China's record foreign exchange reserves US$2270 billion, richest in the world

(DiJurnal) Beijing. China is now the richest country in the world after foreign exchange reserves up to US$2270 billion at the end of September 2009. That number is increased compared to China's foreign exchange reserves at the end of June amounted to US$2130 billion. According to a statement from People's Bank of China, Wednesday, that means foreign reserves increased 19.26% compared to last year.
